Do I need standard, office or turnover cleaning?

Each service fits a different need, but they all follow the same high standards. Standard cleaning is perfect for keeping your home fresh and consistently tidy. Office cleaning is designed for shared workspaces, with extra care around desks, electronics, and high-touch surfaces. Turnover cleaning, like for Airbnb, adds a few more steps—such as changing linens, resetting the space, and making sure it’s fully guest-ready. If you’re unsure what fits best, we’re always here to help you decide.

Do you clean inside the fridge, oven, or cabinets?

Cleaning inside appliances and cabinets isn’t part of a standard clean, but we do offer it as part of a deep cleaning service. If you'd like to include it in your visit, just let us know ahead of time so we can schedule accordingly.

Do you change sheets or make the beds?

We’re happy to make beds and can change linens if fresh ones are left out for us. Laundry services aren’t included in our standard cleaning, but we’re always open to creating a custom plan if you need more support.

Are bathrooms included in every visit?

Yes, every cleaning includes full bathroom care — from scrubbing sinks and toilets to wiping mirrors, countertops, and fixtures. We finish with a floor clean so your bathroom feels refreshed from corner to corner.

What about dishes?

If there are just a few dishes in the sink, we’ll wash them or place them in the dishwasher if it’s empty. Larger amounts of dishes may require extra time, and we’re always happy to coordinate that with you in advance.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring everything we need — including our own tools, products, and microfiber cloths. Our supplies are selected for efficiency and care, but if you have preferred products, we’re happy to use them upon request.

Do you clean up pet hair?

We do! Pet-friendly homes are our specialty, and we’ll give extra attention to pet hair on floors, furniture, and baseboards as needed. Just let us know what to look out for when we arrive.
